Terms of Service

Use of the service
ActUpon is provided for capturing, organizing, and routing user-submitted content. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the material you upload, record, or send through connected workflow destinations.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected third-party destination credentials. Do not use ActUpon to store or transmit content you are not authorized to handle.
Availability
ActUpon is offered on a best-effort basis and may change over time. Features, limits, and integrations may be added, modified, or removed without notice as the product evolves.
Connected destinations
When you configure a destination, ActUpon will transmit the necessary capture data to that service at your request. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
